Shipping -

We use FedEx for shipment.

Shipping costs for this item is $7.50, charged at check out

All orders are sent out within 1 - 3 business days of being received.
Most orders that need to be sent by air can be shipped the same day if received before noon (12:00 p.m. PST)

Your order will typically take between 1-3 business days to be shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is shipped, it will take anywhere from 1-6 days to reach you depending on where you are located. Our warehouse is located in Southern California, so the further you are from there, the longer it will take. We are able to email you with the expected date of delivery of your order.

All orders are shipped by FedEx ground shipping. Faster shipping options are available for an extra charge. If you are in need of 2nd day Air or Overnight Air please email us at contactus@bestpicnictime.com and let us know what you want to order, where you want it shipped to and which shipping preference you require. We will email you back within 24 to 72 hours with a quote on the shipping cost.

We ask that you email Heather at contactus@bestpicnictime.com for fixed shipping if you do not live within mainland USA.

We are then able to lock in a fixed price for your order.

If you are placing a large order please contact us for a large order discount prior to placing your order.

Air Shipments - please note all air shipments use dimensional weight instead of actual.

Hawaiian, Canadian and International Customers
In trying to provide a fair delivery price we ask that all international customers email us at contactus@bestpicnictime.com with your delivery address and products you’d like to order so that we may invoice you with a price. Once payment has been received you will be notified within 48 hours of when you may expect delivery of your order.

Please note that international shipments are sometimes subject to duties and tariffs or freight charges;

Hawaiian Customers – Please contact us at contactus@bestpicnictime.com before ordering so that we may give you the fairest possible price for shipment as all products to Hawaii are shipped by air.

Canadian Customers - please note that any and all charges incurred from the Canadian Customs Office will be at your expense.

Return Policy - Current items can be returned for credit if sent freight pre-paid.

Gift wrapping - We can gift wrapping in four styles: wedding, seasonal, masculine and feminine themes. We do not provide photos of these paper choices as actual styles may vary according to stock at hand. The cost for the gift wrap is $6.95 per item. Please make sure to specify which type of gift wrap is requested on your purchase order.

Swatches of fabric - Fabric for napkins and tablecloths may vary due to availability of stock on hand.
