WHERE DO YOU KEEP THE FOOD?
Almost all our products have ample storage space for all of the items that make a picnic complete. Many products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels, and food storage containers.
HOW LONG DOES THE FOOD STAY HOT / COLD?
Our Thermoguard insulation keeps your food at the proper temperature for 5-8 hours depending on the outside temperature. Separate hot / cold packs are also available to keep your items fresh for longer.
HOW CAN I ORDER SPARE / REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Please Contact us about spare / replacement parts. And we will do our best to help.
DOES PICNIC TIME DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Our supplier has been designing and manufacturing all of its original products for over 20 years. Contact us about your special product.
CAN I BUY JUST THE EMPTY BASKETS?
It depends on what you mean by empty. If by empty you mean a picnic basket with no food in it then most of our baskets are empty. If by empty you mean completely empty, that is with no utensils or plates etc. we do sometimes carry such items but it is not a major part of our line of products. Please read the descriptions carefully and contact us to have a sales specialist assist you with your order.

Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damaged caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
